    Default Mk2 Rescue

A standard Rescue party helmet that was factory finished smooth khaki green inside & out, then over painted black (a bit like my painting with a big fat run) with the R to the front.
I quite like the way the R was done, using a stencil then dabbing with a white brush.
Shell was made by J.S.S & dated 1939, the Mk1 liner made by HELMETS LTD & also 1939.

Another nice lid Aaron I would say by the condition of the liner this helmet either seen no service or very minimal the liner looks near new.
