MKII, Deathhead flash?

I've just noticed this helmet with a deathhead flash, anyone who knows what it is?

Hard to say from the pic, but the only thing that springs to mind would be 17th/21st Lancers.

Thanks Jerry I've got reasons to believe that this helmet did see service in Italy, so 17th/21st Lancers would fit that. Sorry for the poor photos, but I wont ask for better ones as its on auction and until now dirt cheap. I will post better ones if I get it.
