Naval Medical Helmet

I have downloaded another helmet from my collection. This helmet was used by staff at one of the Naval Hospitals in Malta. As you see the oilcloth from the liner has been removed. The oilcloth part of the liner, sometimes, used to stick to the wearer's hair ( especially if the wearer was a lady) in the extreme high temperatures in summer.
