    Looks to be a nice used army Mk2, probably 41/42 dated.

    The liner is N ltd 1942, the brown sand textured covering I thought may have been Africa / Italy usage. Or is that just wishful thinking on my part.

    Had a look at the list of liners and N Ltd is --- S E Norris Ltd -- Llford,England

    Yes I do enjoy hunting out a good untouched helmet ,if I can find one.

    A nice rough texture combat helmet, looks a bit dark for North Africa from these images, but still a top notch lid. Leon.
