Newbi needs help again! belgian helmet??

Hi i bought this helmet a while back and i thinks its Belgian. BUT i need help!! What country is it from and what troops were it issued to? Is it a combat helmet?? and whats its value?? - nick k

If it was a Belgian helmet...
then the black color could point in to the direction of police....
then the insigna would be the one of a city...
but we would need beeter pic's of the insigna.
To me the lion is wearing a crown...so to my opinion it could be Luxemburg....
But I am not sure.

Have a look at the coat of arm of Luxembourg and compare.
Can't tell you much about value.
