It's missing it's leather sweat band. Hard to tell in the light... looks khaki color to me, so I'd say WWII vintage, but perhaps reissued after?

It is a late WW2 produced Westy, with post war Armor School insignia. Sorry the seller won't ship to Europe. I never had any issues doing it, and often time help those there by having items sent to me, then I forward them. Cost more in the end, but they get their goodies.

The liner was made during WWII. The writing in the liner would make it a nice research project.

Why don't you ask a US member to receive it for you,and then re-direct it to your adress?You pay him the shipping cost and additionnal handling by Paypal...
