I love the snow look, that is how I want build my panzer, please excuse my ignorance gents but how do you use the bicarb to achieve that look?
You mould the groundwork and apply a coating of white wood glue (the type that turns clear when dry). Whilst the glue is still wet, dump the bi-carb onto the groundwork, making sure to cover everything evenly. This step may have to be repeated to achieve the desired effect. Then leave as is.

Thanks Tom, I will be having a go at that for sure! I bought the kit yesterday, it is a Dragon 1/35 Pz.Kpfw. 1V Ausf.D. I will take pics as I go with it but I won't start it for a couple of weeks till I get the model making book I've ordered. Am off to the surf club now, will check in later, cheers mate, Dave.
