Great footage. The sign at 1:46 reads, I think, "The experience of history says that Hitler will come and go, but the German people of the German state will remain." I don't know if this is a reminder of Soviet occupation, or something that was meant to be comforting to the Germans who were afraid of losing their culture to the Bolsheviks. I also love the helmets at 2:43.
That user on Youtube always posts really excellent WWII footage. I'd recommend all of the videos.
