Can anyone identify this man?
I know the man on the left is Adolf Galland, but does anyone know who the other man is? Are these two men from 1 Gruppen Jagdgeschwader 26? This is the squadron that shot down my great uncle on 14 July 1944 and I am trying to get more information on the members of 1 Gruppen Jagdgeschwader 26.
Any information will be of great help. I am currently exchanging e-mails with a man named Jean-Luc over in France who is the vice president of the "Forced Landing Association". They found my great uncles crash site in 1999 and he has been alot of help to me and me research. But if anyone has any additional information regarding 1 Gruppen Jagdgeschwader 26 and perhaps even information on the 14 July 1944 confrontation, I would be very thankful.

Hi I can't say for sure but he resembles a man I have a photo of who is standing next to Galland in that photo and Galland is smoking a Cigar. The mans nams is Karl-Bohm Tettelbach. The man in your photo reminds me of him.
I don't know if im correct or not? but maybe that will give you something to go on?
Cheers-H.B1944.

Re: Can anyone identify this man?
I am assuming you are asking about the man on the right. The man on the left is General Adolf Galland.
