Help needed on former FJ

Morning,
How do I research a WW II Fallschirmjager member. I have a false name. Know he jumped into Norway and was a t the foot of Gan Sasso as part of a blocking unit during the rescue of Mussolini. His first two and middle initials were "A.A.". His 'group' received an engraved Swiss watch for the Norway operation.
He survived the war and was next seen in South America. He is associated, in some manner, with the Renault family in France.
