info on German book 1935

Hello !
Just got this book mostly for the pictures as i can't read German but i was asking myself for what purpose this book was made . I mean were they given to each soldier when they were serving the army ? All i can see is it is to show what a young man could do as a job in the different branch of the service. So if there is someone here who can shed a light and give me some info for what it was use for it would be appreciated .I will post some pics of the content so enjoy the pictures for the one who haven't seen them like me for the first time .

It looks like a biography of the Men of the Heer/ army!! Maybe one of those cigarette books.

It also looks like the front page is intro from von Rundstedt but I could be wrong, which if true is pretty cool!!

it could be that too but i was thinking with all the photos inside and without having read anything in it due to the language it seams to explain all branch of the army like the pioneer ,the officer career ect it's like come in the army there is a lot you can choose from and have fun !
Maybe somebody know what is it for .
And for the first page i was thinking too it was von Rundstedt
