    Eike41: The „itärischer Dieb“ is probably militärischer Diebstahl and the „B) Strafbar“ probably refers to a regulation governing theft, part B that is punishable. It is probably a warning sign posted under the authority of the local SS commander. My guess is that the fragment OBEZA is part of the district or town name in which the sign was posted. I wish I could add more, but that is the best I can do with what we have. Dwight
