Need help translating german postcard

I picked up this postcard/portrait of a kriegsmarine soldier and I was wondering if someone could translate the writing on the back and maybe give a little info on the uniform (rank, etc.) Thanks!!

The first adress is :

Fam. Gerda Sistermann
Drove lf Düren
Rheinland

Drove is part of the city of Düren . You´ll find Düren between Aachen and Köln. Drove seems to be a village in the south of Düren.

I can further deciphere another adress of :

Fam. Lang Fritz from city of Strefeld

It seems that the soldier wrote down adresses of his close comrades but the adresses are fifficult to identify. Maybe he superscribed the photo on his knees ?
