I checked the SS-DALs for 1938, 1.10.43, 1.10.44 and 1.3.45 and the only one of the three names you're searching for that was listed in any of those documents was SS-Hauptsturmführer Herbert Schmeisser, and he was only listed in the 1.3.45 document. Here is the information provided about him in that list:
