    Always interesting on how politicians often try to spin history. It eminds me of the old joke: How do you know when a politician is lying? His lips are moving! Let's keep in focus on this thread as it could escalate to a point it is closed and possibly deleted.

    Nothing new - new Russia wants to glorify Soviet Union, while forgetting about its crimes.
    My grandmother used to say that civilization ends where Polish eastern border stands.
    Looking for following WWII German items:
    - anything dealing with Allenstein (Olsztyn) and Wehrkreis I in East Prussia,
    - entrenching tool carrier (straight and folding),
    - forestry and hunting items,

    Actually, it was Josef Pilsudski (and his magnificent moustache) having the rude impertinence of dying in 1935 and leaving Poland to fall apart and internally squabble amongst themselves that let the Germans take advantage of the chaos and hit them when they weren't prepared...that triggered WWII's begin...

    True, Rydz-Smigly was not a great leader and Beck was a terrible diplomat.
