I have a signed foto, as well as a signed handwritten letter, and 2 pages of text where in Werner tells his different assignments during his carreer, but also lists all the medals he won. I also have the envelope he sent it to the collector I bought it from. I have attached the foto and the envelope. The envelope is white, but I have darkened it with my computer so that you can see it easier. This is a GENUINE article, not a reproduction or a fraud!

Soldaten who did NOT win the RK are extremely hard to find fotos of ! Especially Werner Witte, who died in 1943. Finding a SIGNED foto of Werner is going to be extremely difficult - if not impossible. Have fun trying.

Yes I know, Ihave a photo of one Werner Witte but in flieger costume with his greetings and thanks for a stay in Helsinki in 1941. I got confirmation however that U boat Witte never flew in the German airforce (though a few others U-boat commanders did). Nice photo though
