Unknown U-boat emblem
Hi All,
I recently came across these photos depicting U-361. From what I have seen on u-boat.net and other u-boat websites, it appears that U-361's emblem is unknown. I would like to hear your opinions as to what the conning tower emblem could depict!

I acquired these image scans directly from the U-boat museum in Cuxhaven. It appears that somewhere along the line either the website you provided , or the museum made an error. Very interestingby HistoryMan

If Carl hadn't said it, I would have. It's obviously a Mermaid with her arm up and hand behind her head and long hair.
