Default War time motto on the wall of the panometer- Leipzig?

Just been today in the Panometer Leipzig, and seen this strange inscription on the wall, seems it was hardly cleaned to remove this inscription/ I'am sure this is a 3rd Reich era inscription, can some of our German speaking members decrypt it?

Sometimes, seeing it it negative format can help identify hidden inscriptions or in this case, painted words..........?

I suggest something like - 'fried_ichen(r)t Hattdel(?) und.................?'

Perhaps there are period images of this building scattered on the web somewhere?

Looking through old vintage photos of this building, I cannot find any that show this odd inscription. The building itself was built in 1909 and was originally used to hold gas up until 1977. It was since converted in 2002-2005 by the Austrian-born artist Yadegar Asisi into a panoramic exhibit hall and has hosted several various themes and exhibits. Perhaps this inscription could be from one of the exhibits?

No, this is a surely old inscription, which could be seen from the bridge in the old time. The inscription looks old, and have seen several of them in the other buildings about 8 years ago. And what is most important that it was heavily cleaned to hide something

May be, but as I can see, there no any problems with this kind of slogans up to today, even there a streets like F Engels and K. Marks, K Liebknecht names
