need help translating these two documents. i dont need every piece of it translated just the personal information of the document holder. could you also translate the engraving on the medal?

Medal was given to Egiazarjan Airi Karapetovich , it is Armenian name.

Wow, that is great. The documents look relatively new, my argentine personal ID document is in pretty much the same shape!
Is this family memorabilia? What's the story behind this stuff?
