    25th of April, 1945, air raid over the city of Hallein, and, the Obersalzberg.

    The story of the last hours of the Lancaster "LM 756" was told in an flyer of Adnet, (a small municipal in the south of the city of Salzburg), only a few weeks ago.

    Three members of the crew jumped out, survived, and, became POW´s.
    Four of the crew died and were buried at the cemetery of Adnet, and, later, re-interred at the cemetery of Klagenfurt.
    The Brits were based in Carinthia, the "Jerry´s" in Salzburg, that´s, (obviously), the reason why ...
