Thanks for that information, always sad to hear someone passed on although he survived the war and lived to a good age, was there any other information of him, a picture maybe. which unit he was in.

Just got another set this time with an infantry award converted into a bracelet, Walter C Bell, i am was told he was with the first infantry although i can not find anything to confirm this, basic NARA info, anyone know what M stands for on the tag is it his religon.

Thanks guys couple of questions, NARA lists his basic info, how can find out which regiment he served with, if it was the first infantry the guy could well have been involved with D Day landings.
And if that is his grave could someone explain what TEC 4 relates too, thanks again its great to know a little more about the tags i have, photos would be ideal.
