Article about: The badge pictured below is I thought issued to the U.K. personel on Military Mission to Moscow in WWII. I posted it on another site and a bloke in the USA reckons it is for a British missio

Hi John, it says British Mission in Russian.
I have not seen this badge before, so I cannot confrim or deny where it was worn. But if worn in the Balkans I would have thought it would have been written in Serbo-Croat?
