He is on the Australian electoral roll,
1914 -Ballarat, Victoria,
1943-1958 locations in Western Australia.
(Would provide more detail, but not a paid up member).
Trove website has a brief mention of him with post-nominal OBE and member of C of E in South Australia 1930. (I don't think SA records made the electoral roll?).
Mentioned as Archdeacon in Adelaide 1935.
A fuzzy photo of him in 1933.
Oz.

On the NAA website it's showing a date range of 1959-61 as a Chaplin for Raymond Elliston Walker , you can pay a small fee and get the record opened and emailed to you .
Do you have his medals or something else relating to him ? Would be interested in seeing the item/items

thankyou guys,
I dont have his medals unfortunately, but i recently found a notebook belonging to him.
It is an interesting bit of history, it is named to him. and marked 102nd T (r) B
It appears to be a list of soldiers from "A" Company and notes details about them, it is quite interesting
for example:
L.MOSS - C COY - BAPTISED - NOT CONFIRMED -18 YRS 6 - 5 MONTHS SERVICE - "real nice boy, not quite sure fit on account temptation to flesh ect"
I will post up some pics if anyone is interested.
kind regards
Ed
