In my opinion, it's an original late war HJ buckle. The maker is Steinhauer & Luck.

Hello and welcome to the forum buckle is as the lads have described, injection molded HJ buckle by ST & L The flaw looks like possible damage, maybe the buckle has been basked at some point, you will be the best man to see that as you have the buckle in hand (if you have)
