    The RZM 59 is from time period befor 1935/36 .

    As I understand manufacturer M4/59 ADOLF BAUMEISTER. Or I am not right?

    The 59 would come from the M1 list as this is an early buckle. So it would be as Ben stated, 59 Paul Cramer, Lüdenscheid. Only after 1935 or 1936 did they switch to M4 maker marks.
