I'm not well versed in the belts....though this one does look period. Did the DJ use black belts and cross straps? The buckle is 100% authentic, though somewhat worn and "tired".
Could the belt be and SA belt?

Hello the Belt is a standart political . Can by with DJ buckle .

I know an order out of 1934 where HJ members were required to wear brown belts and DJ boys black belts. So according to the early markings on the belt I would say rather an HJ belt, or even SA.
Buckle is perfectly fine!
