    Nice 'smally'. I have a couple of these in my collection. One with the detail on the corners and one without...and one is slightly larger than the other.
    I have always liked these buckles. I agree: sympathizer buckles...not HJ.

    It could be. It's more decorative and it is smaller than the other example I have shown. Can't prove that though - just my opinion as well.
