This shiny little buckle arrived in the post today. Also new is the LED lightbox I built and finally got to use on these photos, which should yield some very sharp images going forward.















These faint lines/ripples in the metal causing a pattern like window blinds are normal and not a sign of reproduction, correct? I think I've seen this on helmets, and if it's the same thing it has to do with the stamping process and stresses on the metal from that? Buckle seems legit to me, but just want to be sure...
