Hitler Jugend Buckle Opinions Please

I picked this up today and it looks good as compared to other examples of steel m4/22, I am assuming the maker is Christian Theodor Dicke. Please correct me if I am wrong. Steel buckle with aluminum finish or it has been refinished. I do not know. Opinions are appreciated.

Nice original buckle by Christian Theodor Dicke, as you said above.. The buckle is steel (you can check with a magnet) with a silver wash and the finish is original to the buckle. Compare with the example in Post #4 on this HJ maker link:
