i need help with this HJ Leistungsabzeichen.

Is this a good one or fake? Why is there no RZM on the backside?

I believe this to be a nice early example. With a low award number.

This is a nice original Leistungabzeichen with the AD Schwerdt Stuttgart pin plate.
I believe it to be the earlier example sometimes found with a 'B' number
