That is a original hard to find crank catch Asman buckle as stated nice piece. timothy
Nice buckle and hard to find, nothing wrong with that one
Ben
Original, very good display of attempts TR to accelerate production, and save material.
In this case, it was about saving brass for welding catch, ant time for setting catch.
Nordland
Nice one, hard to find I'd imagine...
I like the look of this type of catch. I hope to find one some day, myself. So Bronkie, did you ever end up getting this buckle?
It belong's to a close friend of mine, and i take'd the pictures for helping him on finding out if it's an original, now this buckle you can find sometimes here in belgium not only by private people but also on militairy happenings, one of the biggest here and also where this buckle came from is Ciney Militaria, and in Oct 27, 2013 there will be another happening.
Hello all,
Here's one I have that is a little different, any thoughts on it?
William Kramer
Hello,
it's a nice earlier nickel platet steel variation from Assmann .
This marker is famous for his diversity in variations .
