I believe it may have stated unmarked... But to the untrained it may have appeared to be.. Upon further examination it was marked.. There is an interesting thread involving both of these by Aurich.. I seem to think you may have chimed in on that thread..G

This buckle is a bugger to photo... The example you have posted is perhaps the rarer of the two...

The example that you have posted is more often than not, found with an RZM tax label glued to the reverse lip.
