So i need some opinions, for me looks nice ground dug buckle but J'm not expert.

I agree with ivanjoaquin, these type ( Injection molded ) have a dull appearance as it was produced in zinc. The buckle may have a slight zinc pest and you may want to consider a light wiping with Vaseline after a warm soapy water bath to preserve it for the future. Just my opinion.. G

This item can easily be ground dug as well. I have seen items in very nice condition coming out of the ground.
