Just looked in the Angolia and Nash books, there are no examples in there

You would have to stamp out a small roundel like on the 35 mm SA style. Never say never but I doubt they ever produced a small HJ roundel. I think it was Bill X that had a HJ with a pebbled field.
The small DJ buckles (referred to as "children's buckles"), not being regulation items, were expressly excluded from conversion in the order published in "Reichsbefehl".

I have (2) pebbled HJ (Bills buckle is now in my collection) it is an Assman prototype, and the other is a solid nickel Weimar buckle blank that was repurposed at the factory (pebbling is on the reverse of buckle)
