No issues of concern on this HJ buckle. Early nickle silver "C" catch type by Assmann and displaying a well known combination of buckle lip markings.

David
Thanks David! Appreciate the help.. Any idea of the time-frame this one may have been produced within?

I would hazard late 1933 to first half 1934: Exact date of introduction of the HJ buckle is so far unknown, but it was not yet regulation in August 1933 but advertised for sale in December. From roughly mid-1934, the RZM took control and required buckles to be marked with RZM signet and permit number, which are missing from your buckle (unless hidden by oxidation).
Best regards
Kurt
