"Ernte" means harvest ,.so i think it is a HJ-landdienst "Land service" badge ,yes,..for Gebeit 32 Salzburg."einsatz" means deployment/employment,hence,."Ernteeninsatz" means "harvest deployment",.along those lines,.harvest service etc.i think its genuine.made in Vienna,probaly go for around $80-$100 USD,.landdienst items are rare,.not really rare but rarer than the average shooting pin or sporting merit pin.anyway thats my 2 cents.hope this helps.i like it.
