what is this cuff title ?

It shouldn't be in the Heer/Luftwaffe/Kriegsmarine sub-forum: This is a Hitler Youth cuff title, worn by personnel assigned as a unit's "Geländesportwart", i.e. the person responsible for field exercises.

There were four cuff titles in this category, the other ones being:

• "H.J.-Sportwart" (red letters and borders) for the person responsible for physical exercise
• "H.J.-Schiwart" (white letters and borders) for the person responsible for skiing
• "H.J.-Schießwart" (green letters and borders) for the person responsible for shooting

I cannot comment on originality.
