Help With Youth Badge

First let me say this is my first post and signing up. However been on the site many times to read the forums as I love history and decided I needed to be part of the community. I am hoping someone out there may be able to ID this. It is marked and I think it may be a youth badge/pin. However the back is a whole different story as I have never seen the backing of a piece like this. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Is it from a HJ dagger grip? Not really my area and I can't remember how they are mounted in the grip, so I might be completely wrong.

I believe Jerry is correct - it is the insignia for a Hitler Youth dagger.........

Hello and welcome to the forum!
I am not sure but, I believe this is a cap badge. I believe that the one for the dagger handle had two pins but both at the center of the badge.
