I wouldn't be too worried about this one.
The badge is made by Fritz Kohm and this firm used to sub contract a lot of their badges out.
In regards to the back looking crappy and the poor M1/66 and RZM marking..this seems to be a trait of this manufacturers markings. Perhaps that's why they lost the license in 1935.
