I have never seen one with the white edging before. Is that OK? Looks to be about 75cm long with 2 hoops. I assume for wall hanging. Swas is rather faded so i assume it has been stored/displayed in the light.

That looks odd to me. Why would the black fade and red not fade? In fact the white tone around the Swas doesn't match the white bars on the rest of the banner. I suspect a post war construction of some sort.

I agree with both of the above, it shouldn't be so unevenly faded. I would pass.
