HJ or BDM Medical Bag help

Hi All,
I just recieved this Medical Bag with partial contents, very cool IMO. It has the HJ diamond on it and stands about 8 inches tall, does anyone else have one of these or have any more info on them? were they used by the BDM? I saw a photo once of something like this but I cannot find it, also what other contents should be inside? I may purchase some add ons to fill it up! Not sure how rare this is but you dont see them everyday day, I felt the need to share, hope you enjoy and thanks for any help you can offer!
