HJ belt and buckle - new addition and help needed

Hi

Got this HJ belt and buckle and would like to know what you think of it
The buckle is marked RZM M4/24 (FLL) and the leather belt is stamped (very faded) WIKO 304 (or so it seems)
Any information on the leather belt would be much appreciated
