Gave some money to get this set. Both in good shape.

Seller says both are from the same person.
What do you think?

Hi Peter,

The Armband Is no problem and looks great to me. The proficiency badge I am not studied on enough on to give a thumbs up. It from the ones I have seen it looks fine to me. Wait for others to opine who know more. As far as being from the same person it is the story we all like to hear but whether it was it could be hard to know for sure. Nice pick up either way! Hello Peter,
They both look fine to me.
The proficiency badge appears to be a silver version with some tarnish. The "B" stamped on the reverse indicates a replacement.
RZM M1/101 represents Gustav Brehmer.
