    Its a Hitler youth pin issued for participating in HJ sports festivals, some people also refer to them as donation pins.

    This is a Reichssportwettkampf achievement badge or a "Siegernadel". It was given for achieving a minimum points score over three events. Here is some information shared on the H.J Research Forum by Garry.

    I don't know much about pins and badges so I can't comment on the badge shown.
