Ok got it was wondering about the S rune, what it meant but now i know.

There are many examples of this style of sigrune, with the red being standardized after 1936 when the obberbann system was discontinued. Here's just a few of the pre 36 variety including a seldom encounterd Jungbann 201 rune.
