TO MY UNDERSTANDING ALL THE BUGLE BANNERS THAT WERE HJ BLACK WITH THE ONE SIG RUNE IN MIDDLE OF BANNER WERE ALL COTTAGE MADE BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL A LITTLE DIFFERENT.
