A beautiful piece!
Re-issued original pre-war, right?
please explain, Woolgar.
-
I did Read that the B meant a re-issue but have never understood what that meant as ofcourse it is a period item , so would like to know what the re-issue is all about if possible.
-
It means the owner either lost the original or wanted a second one.
Yes it's a nice period example

..Am now looking for the bronze badge and then the 2 DJ proficiency awards as they would make a great display along with a few Jugend buckles
which i plan do do very soon.
there was only one level of proficiency badge for the DJ (and also for the Jungmadel). There were three levels for HJ and two for bdm.
-
I always thought there were 3 levels of single sig rune dj badges too - Iron class , bronze class & silver class? , not talking about the marksman badge.
-
No, only one level of DJ proficiency badge and only one level of DJ shooting badge.
-
Ok. Something new i have learned there.
