Question, What do you think of this badge? Kreissieger badge

Hello Everyone:

I got this into my shop the other day and I don't have a lot of info on it or what value it has.
It came in a "lot" of things and I didn't have to pay to much for it.

All I know is that:
Its a Kreissieger badge from 1939.

I see one for sale at USMBooks for $250, and the Niemann Price Guide has it at 200 Euros, to give you an idea of value...It's a district champion badge for the annual Trade Competition of the Hitler Youth...
