What's your take on this HJ sports badge

I'd like to confirm, or deny, what I already think i know, and that is the first badge, without a number on it is indeed a fake one?

The second, i have no doubt on, but there is a niggle I can't get rid of on this first one. It's the catch that bugs me? not the fact that it has no number

The hardware on #1 is seen on any number of fake awards. From these to PKA's & even some of the rougher top end T.R awards. Stewy S
