Very nice daggers.
The L&S mark we have talked about before, but I cannot recall now the maker.
Cheers, Ade

100 % is 99% better than my Schtalhelm being SS.
Good to know and thanks.
I'm not even sure anymore which knife goes in there. But since the numbers don't match I'm going by the wear marks left on the metal.
No you don't need one Nick ... you need EK2 makers: 5 14 21 38 60 132. You have a bunch on your plate sir.
Just kidding
Thanks all,
Rudy
Nothing wrong with them nice daggers,

Genuine early no ricasso & Transitional period hj knifes
Thank you Ronnie & Mac 66. I'm very happy that not even one person has yet hinted to them being fakes.
However I now have another question.
I have been calling them 'knives'. In your two replies one refers to them as 'knives' and the other as 'daggers'. I've seen this before.
Is one more correct than the other or are they both acceptable?
In my mind, and this not something I've read, a knife is more of a tool that can be used for many things other than a weapon.
A dagger is more weapon used for stabbing than all around tool.
Am I just nit picking or is this a valid question?
2 nice HJ knives
